How It Works (3 steps):

1. Receive & Stock: Send inventory; we barcode, bin, or palletize.

2. Pick & Pack: Orders drop in (CSV, email, or API later); we pack same/next day.

3. Ship & Track: Labels at pass-through carrier rates; daily tracking email.

Storage Options:

• Small Bin/Tote: for SKUs under ~18″ (ideal for accessories & cosmetics)

• Shelf/Rack: medium cartons or irregular shapes

• Pallet: bulk cartons or case packs

Starter Tech:
Spreadsheet/CSV intake today; Shopify/WooCommerce integration planned next (we’ll map SKUs → bins and set simple SLAs).

SLAs:

• Order cutoffs: 12:00 pm for same-day ship (Mon–Fri)

• Receiving within 24–48 hrs (count & check-in)

• Returns processing available
